How do I install VST plugins by Emit Audio?

What is the PDF file that I downloaded after purchasing?

This is an Install PDF file that contains a direct download link to the installer for your plugins. To download the installer, open the PDF and click on the image at the top. A zip file will be downloaded containing the plugins’ installer.

I lost my Install PDF file, how do I retrieve it?

After completing your purchase, you were emailed a copy of your Install PDF file. Login to the email address you used during check out and search “Emit Audio” to locate the email with the attached Install PDF file.

I have followed all instructions on installation, and my plugins still aren’t working. What should I do?

In this occasion, we recommend you to check the storage space on your Mac/PC to ensure you have the available space necessary to run our plugins. Upon having the correct amount of storage space, delete the files you have previously downloaded (including the installers) and install new files from the Install PDF.

I have re-installed the plugins and they still aren’t working. What should I do?

Update your operating system/computer. We recommend always running the latest update of your OS/PC.

Why are my projects/sessions taking longer than usual to save?

Due to file optimization, you may experience your DAW needing a few more moments to save your projects. This is completely normal for our plugins and we assure that there is nothing wrong with your session. Please allow time for your projects to save.
